For own stay, I always opt out the kitchen cabinet set. I prefer own selection of material, compartment and colour and build to the top to suit my wife's need.

Agree. Location wise actually so so due to factory area but if most of the buyers staying nearby, the other alternative and benefit for Flora is direct exit to Bukit Jalil highway (if you want to go Pavilion 2 or Bukit Jalil) for easier access or go KL. Otherwise, they can feel border of the Puchong since easily access Kinrara / Puchong / Jln Puchong thru interchange near Giant.

After MCO and Pavilion 2 completed, it is now very congested. Once Rosewoodz and JRK completed, it may add more double park along the road, but going out Kesas from here can be less terrible.

If the D' Series by Exsim completed and with just 50% occupancy, we can imagine Jalan Jalil Perkasa 1 is super standstill.

Lowest is 3.65 i think , macam is rhb , mbb and pbb also 3.7 on paper la , not sure the final rate, personally i prefer mbb for easy control money flow from app , take out excess payment those

so far i deal with MBB, no problem with their financial. yet, i get a good rate also without requirement to purchase for MRTA/MLTA

Guys , just have one question , regarding for the rebate 8+2 , wanna check with you all , the final pricing would be 10% from the snp price or after deduction from 8% then only deduct 2% of the final price ?cause there are some buyer also thought that is straight 10% off , so just wanna clarify on this haha

i assume the private review they received 300 confirmed unit booking, mean RM5,000 x 300 = RM1.5mil free loan without interest..haha

Lets come back to this cemetery issue before getting carried away on mosque topic. Mosque is fine, and they are everywhere.

From the 360 view on sunway flora, you can clearly see the land boxed in red is going to be a cemetery/crematorium. https://sunwayflora.com/aerialview360/

For those who took units facing north-east tower A, I'm afraid we will be looking down at the cemetery everytime we look out the window/balcony.

U expect good view in this area abit hard, firstly blok A deeper inside, view already might block by blok B , not to say future flora 2, you probably cant see much thing with more high rise building up

And the lrt track is there also , infront is old development area like bukit oug and ppr , got 1 side got landed maybe have some view, some more this area is not on slope or hill side, hard to get a super good view i guess, at least got facility view , someone might like this
