Was thinking more of like Sunway Geo style or even higher end.
Also offers more places for neighborhood people to go to, else they will all flock to Flora phase 2 retail shops

I listened to a wise someone on this forum and went to check out Aster Hill, looks pretty decent too, and price wise as well. Will have to check out the surroundings, am not famliar with that area.

Try walk in to those project gallery that you looking for,spend perhaps few hour talk to the sale staff or try fb or utube to get more resources. Its will be more effective and help yourself to think and consider more wisely.if one have done enuf homework, one should have give own opinion and statement but not asking a lot question smile.gif

Yes, go thru the forum and thread to see what ppl discussed on previously and what other opinion, then come out your own justification with master google, even developer and project reputation u can find a hint or 2 in this forum

Have been doing that, plus propertyguru reviews of the projects. As you mention, people's sharings on experiences say a lot about the quality of projects and their developers

Anyway, have been doing that, and sharing what's observed, e.g. here about the KL plan.
At the same time people's real experiences with neighborhoods and projects also matter.
