If go food merchant even worse , whether is pav bj / wcity oug one, you cant find a vege that is below rm 5 , itu banyak high kelas , not suitable for daily / weekly grocer , at least for me.
I think this project will be perfect if they turn the kinrara traffic light can be u-turn directly back to bukit jalil highway. There is lack of u-turn place after pass taman ltat , which prolong the driving experience alot

Why do you need U-turn to giant kinrara? you can enter via entrance in front kinrara10

tesoon, I mean hopefully Sunway will include its now-owned Giant side in its integrated development plan for Sunway@BktJalil, then from Flora over to the Giant side with raised up walkway crossing the Bkt Jalil highway

the project not really that hot sale also, better increase price so can chase more customer away XD

i not believe Sunway methology will be so childish. it's kind of that personal who urge for sale only will come out with this kind of statement, which not required any profession or training. And usually this kind agent just throw out the net everywhere and disappear hoping some fish to swim into it. does he really into the project? Nah, doubt he has knowledge on property also.

Usually for Sunway project, initial launch will be only sell by their in house Sunway sales staff.
Wait till left over unit which stuck for long time cannot sell, then they will release to outside agency to sell.
Outside agency won't care about Sunway method so long ultimate goal is to sell finish the remaining unit and get the commission.
That time what tactic or sales rebate also come out la.

I think Sunway has appointed agencies to market Sunway Flora. Has been seeing the ads in xhs and fb. And post #1068 obviously posted by agent
