I believe bcz forum-ers here more attach to properties in Bukit Jalil. It's good project anyway, not so overpriced compare to others like Sunway Serene, Sunway Alishan.

Why personally attached to Bkt Jalil?
I also notice that they contribute to quite some projects in Bkt Jalil.

psf is not cheap for Bkt Jalil area but it's a good developer.
Wish it'll have future projects on the other side of the highway, near its recent acquisition (Giant complex).

No idea, if you follow this forum more than 10 years, you'll found out most of the bukit jalil projects garnered more attention.

I admit I was interested in BJ area so kept checking out new projects in BJ, but Hermes mentioned that for the past 10 years many people actively post in BJ property forums.
Maybe it's just that there's a closer sense of community in BJ (not just PH)
