Hi All,

Just bought Ideapad Gaming 15ACH6 (Ryzen 5 5600H, GTX1650).

Kinda noob but how to know which nVMe 2280 stick is compatible with my laptop? Is there any limitation on "gen" or "nvme number"?

I am currently eyeing for Adata SX6000lite.

My X13 having "dead pixel". Only noticable if black background.

Contacted customer service, they replied that my X13 having physical damage, thus not cover by warranty.

I never drop my laptop, not even got scratch. How come they just simply said physical damage?

My X13 under premium on site warranty, at least they must send technician to check first doh.gif

They surely need to repair it. Unless they can prove that, it's external damage caused by the user.

Bought a Thinkpad E15 Gen 3 with AMD 5500U recently.
Spec stated IPS display with 300 nits brightness however device manager shown monitor hardware id as LEN40BA. Googled this panel found that the brightness of this panel should be 250 nits only, however Lenovo insists that this is 300 nits panel.
Can anyone confirm on this?

Bought from Shopee CGI Store this year 9.9, advertised as 300 nits.
Both shopee seller and lenovo insist LEN40BA is 300 nits but as reviewed online https://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-ThinkP...0.520540.0.html the said panel is 250 nits. Is there any possibility that the same panel could have different spec?

Yes. I have tried disable AMD vari bright, etc.
I questioned Lenovo about the panel given as online has reviewed that the said panel only support brightness of 250 nits. However, Lenovo insists that it is a 300 nits panel unless I can prove the brightness value with some professional meters.

For your troubles you may only get at RM20 (panel cost difference) rebate... Both the 250/300 nits panel are poor quality panels....

They may have mis-labled the part-list in your case ....

Personal opinion:...as long as there are no dead pixels the panel should serve it's function, the 50 nits here is not a big enough deal, and it's within the cross-variability brightness between panel types. Example: The 250 maybe hitting 275...and the 300 maybe hitting only 280...
