My X13 having "dead pixel". Only noticable if black background.
Contacted customer service, they replied that my X13 having physical damage, thus not cover by warranty. I never drop my laptop, not even got scratch. How come they just simply said physical damage? My X13 under premium on site warranty, at least they must send technician to check first
