If I can get 6mbps speed only on Unifi Bebas, then will I get the same speed on Unifi Air?

I terminated after 2 weeks of usage.

Not stable at all. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow but late night can go up to 40mbps. Then morning went back to 10-20

Is that normal TM ask to return the Huawei modem router when i terminate after out of contract (24 months)? This is what has been requested when i teeminate via live chat.

Yes, the modem that they furnished you when you applied it because that one is warranty as long as you are subscribed.

It is their property. But if they furnish you another router, that one just warranty one year and not their property. You do not need to return.

(Sorry, Unifi air ah)

This one or two days, they cap it further. Now it's capped at 10mbps.

When I complained , they asked me to check all sort of things on my end,  a total waste of my time. Been a loyal customer gor 4.5 years, time to kick them out.

Paying 79/- for 10mbps is the last straw.

useless to get 10mbps for the price of 79

I mentioned above they restored back to 20mbps this morning.

But as soon as Unifi fiber ports available again at my place, I will grab their current promotion 100mbps at rm89/- (but 2 yrs contract.). Then can terminate Unifi Air.

20mbps is not a good deal la. Even 5g can reach at least 30-50mbps

5G have to buy new modem router. For the 4+ years I have been using unifi Air,  they didn't cap. I could get up to 50+ mbps on locked Band 5. Only recently they capped to 20mbps so it's time to switch to fiber 100mbps at 89/-

oh, this is called kiasu.. (takut kalah) so they capped your speed. Aiyo like this also...

You said 20mbps 79/- not worth it. Advice me 5g better. Now this is what I call Kiasu 🤣

For just 89/- (just 10/- extra) I going to get 100mbps fiber. This I call being practical.

Not you kiasu.. is your provider.. like this also wanna cap you.

i am with maxis 5g

Ya la, they just going to kill themselves.

they thought 10mbps is considered very high nowadays lol

I was with Unifi Air 79 without contract to test water. Mana tahu the speed is horrible and I terminated it after 3 days.
