I sent the email to custsvc@publicbank.com.my and attached my latest income tax statement and 3 months bank statement. Basically, it's the same document required for card application. You can send your latest salary slip.

My application took 8 days in total.

As long as your credit limit still available, just get them a call.

quick question. so i have vs and quantum master. 2 issues

1) when i check available balance for my VS, i notice my credit limit balance, does not include my spending on quantum master.

2) then the credit limit for my VS and Quantum master is different and separated

is that normal (for both issues)?

I shredded my welcome letter, i forgot if i was given higher credit limit after i got my VS.

One last question , did you state how much you want the credit limit to be? Or just let them decide and raise the amount themselves?

1. Yes that is normal, at least, for Public Bank.

not specific to any merchant.

just swipe then call cs to convert after tranaction appear/posted (some tried can convert immediately after swipe).
