Seniors, is it the SST for Quantum RM25 x 2 = RM50 is not waive able? Because the PBB Branch counter said its waive able, but the CS said no, for the first year for the very least. I'm not sure which is right though.

For the first year?
If you are new to Public Bank, check out this campaign, where you can get back your RM25 when you spend RM200 on the card (you may just dump RM200 into some ewallet).

By the way, different Customer Service personnel might give different answer, you can always try to call again on the next day to ask another CS.

Wow, wasn't aware of these new changes. Time to reconsider the QV card.

Oops, I missed out the post stating that public bank is revising the VIP point redemption. Another devaluation of points from bank... oh well.

Gentle reminder for all to redeem the VIP points before next Wednesday ya.

From my experience, Public Bank accepts BigPay top up as normal retail spending to reach the rebate quota. But of course, to be safe you can always spend it on an actual store instead.

If i apply for new VS card, will i get SST rebate for the first year? Planning to cancel my MBB card since not much benefits.
*
Yeah, many forumer have gotten SST rebate for new cards. You just need to call the customer service and fulfill the requirement (they might ask you to spend like... RM300 or RM500 in next few days etc).
Do note that some customer service agents might not offer you the rebate though, you can always try calling again to get a different agent.

Oh sweet, this is the PBB equivalent of the SCB Shopee Sunday voucher. Thanks for sharing!

But it is limited to 200 buyers per day only.
Time to start putting items into cart and check out at 12am haha.

From personal experience, PBB tends to be very cautious when they provide the credit limit though. The oversea banks (especially HSBC, imo) usually provide quite a huge credit limit relative to your salary.

Ewallet can?
Try this month and next month  drool.gif

Someone asked last time but there wasn't conclusive answer. The e-wallet MCC is most likely different from quasi cash (quasi cash is excluded in T&C), but I guess PBB customer service is the best person to clarify it.
