QUOTE(ghoss @ Mar 30 2010, 01:18 AM) Damn....like that means I have to apply credit cards and use it for the future when I need housing loans etc ? for personal loan, u need to have credit history. for example, credit card u can use it to apply for personal loan. but it must be more than 1 year. that's when bank can check ur payment history. no late payment means ur chance to get personal loan is higher. but let say u already have a home loan, and u want to apply personal loan.. bank will just check ur home loan payment. no need to get credit card |

damn, i asked 3 lowest interest rate bank today.
1. Bank Rakyat. They require Bank Rakyat to be the panel for the company. Cause they want to auto deduct from the salary. and it took almost 7 days just to process the panel thing, how about loan? 2. Bank Islam. they say must be public listed company .. and other officer say the company must have declare value of 500K something like that. is it true? but my company is international company and they do not declare so much in malaysia. damn! 3. Al Rajhi Bank. So far so good. with 8.5% But dont know will they require the company to have certain declare capitol or not. I asked, but they didnt provide the information. and they need 7 working days to process. So long! I cant wait. Need to get it done by next Week. But no choice, cause currently seem only can apply this and they are the 3rd lowest. please is there anyway to get the loan fast and easy from bank rakyat or bank islam? anyone can help? any method? anyhow? IMPORTANT QUESTION: can i apply for multiple bank and only choose 1 at the end even if all approved? This post has been edited by loanneeded: Apr 1 2010, 05:34 PM |

Hi GHoss,
its true, banks will want to look at your credit reference but if there's none, than sorry to say you can't buddy. If you're a degree holder and working in a listed company then Al-Rajhi will consider. If you're really in need of money why don't just apply for a credit card cause since you've tried cimb with a rate of 24% per annum, then credit card won't be any different cause their interest is only 17.5% per annum (quoting the highest). If you wanna Al-Rajhi out feel free to pm me.... THanks. Regards, Hafiz Noor : ) |

I applied CIMB credit card , don't know can get or not . I tried Maybank but they didn't give me . Any other banks credit card is easier to get ? Am Bank ? |
