Some of my friends said that Bank Rakyat provides the cheapest repayment and is amongst the easiest to obtain. Is it so ?
And how much is the minimum wages to be eligible to obtain such loan ? |

Just need around 5k. if the loan is approved, then we'll open a new RHB account for u, instantly. if manager is around, money will be disbursed to ur new account. let's say ur loan approved 5k, u'll get full amount (no processing fee) Added on March 30, 2010, 12:47 am QUOTE(WhoIsKenneth @ Mar 24 2010, 02:19 PM) Need 16k loan with 3-5 repayment years. QUOTE(roy918 @ Mar 30 2010, 01:03 AM) There is no such rule to get Islamic financing loan. Thanks ,Did you ever defaulted any repayment (credit card, hire purchase or any loan)? No , so far I didn't do any loans with banks , no credit card (maybank don't want to give me ). Unless samans or something to do with my motorbike that could cause this . |

QUOTE(jep @ Mar 24 2010, 04:24 PM) I plan to borrow about 50K for housing and extra 20K @ say 5.8%..while waiting for my house to finish at middle of next year...i plan to invest the extra 20K into ASB since asb dividen is roughly higher a bit than the loan interest...is it worth it? asb loan u can compare between rhb, cimb and maybank. which 1 suit ur financial plan? do u emphasize on short term (5 years) or long term? we can expect that dividend may be increased.. coz bank negara just risen the BLR |

QUOTE(ghoss @ Mar 30 2010, 01:08 AM) Thanks , In your case, it's most probably because you have not had any records before, thus making them a lil uncomfortable granting you loan.No , so far I didn't do any loans with banks , no credit card (maybank don't want to give me ). Unless samans or something to do with my motorbike that could cause this . Usually the bank would see previous repayment, checking the manner in which loan were paid, on time or not, etc. The logic is this: If you take up car loan & you defaulted, banks can reposses your car. If you take up housing loan, banks can sell the house & take back their money. But since in PL, it is usually without collateral, thus the banks are more cautious if giving out PL. |
