In my opinion, thats one of the cheapest, but you should check bank Islam, they're quite cheap (no pun intended). But these 2 banks deduct from your salary and its a bit troublesome is you're not a govt worker on not on their list of selected companies.

The funny one is Hong Leong....Charge me 10% and said I give u 2% discount. 2% discount X 10% = 0.2% discount
Summary = 9.8% per annum....then i ask him, will you take this loan if you were put at my shoe?????

Correction for Alliance bank. Yes, 11.99% p.a is when apply through bank. When apply through agent was 8.99% p.a.

Hi there,
I'm a representative of Al-Rajhi Bank and we don't offer the lowest but we offer 1 of the best rates and privileges when you apply financing with us. Our annual rate is 8.5% flat and here's some of the points for you to consider..
>Rebate for early settlement
> Minimum documentation
> No penalty for late payment
> No interest, so no effect on compounding outstanding balance.
> Minimum documentation
> Can process through credit card without income documentation

Base on your salary the highest you could go is 5 times your salary. Without guarantor or collateral. For more enquiries feel free to pm me.
