but need some min. saving amount with koperasi & be a member not less than 6-12 mths.

You fully settled the car loan or just paid what you defaulted? how many months have you defaulted?

You can try at Bank Rakyat or Bank Islam to see you're eligible as I've heard they've got good rates. As long as you're not black listed in any credit rating systems, I don't see why you shouldn't be successful.

Yes, it should still be possible as they'd ask you to open a loan account once approved. A friend of mine took a personal loan of RM40K and that's what they've asked her to do.

With so many commitment (like you put it) and you do not even have 10k for house downpayment; are you really sure your can afford the house?! Done any personal financial planning at your own side?!

yeahlor.. not even can have 10k saving with this salary.

will be tough to buy a house.

8k PL with 8% interest for 2 years repayment: 8k * 1.16 /24 = RM387 per month

Its pretty hard to get personal loan nowadays?

Just got rejected by UOB and still haven't received news from Hong Leong and Standard Chartered. I just need Rm5000 only with fulfilling minimum requirement of Rm24000p.a. salary.

Ever wondered why you are being rejected?
Could be because your current commitment already over geared?
