i think bank islam, bsn & agro bank give better rate ...... around 5.5% per annum. but now sure if application from private sector workers will get the same rate

but if not mistaken for bank islam, is required u to bank in salary into the saving/current account

if ah kau sdn bhd is registered with them & have account with the bank ... u also can apply & still have a chance to get the personal loan.

but got some Koperasi can give personal loan to their member, no matter govt. staff or not.
but need some min. saving amount with koperasi & be a member not less than 6-12 mths.
