Hi,
from some bank website, they stated that repayment period for PL up to 10-15 years, is it true? If i make PL RM10k...then can i make repayment for 15years? mean about only RM90+/month. can anybody give simple answer to my question? Thank you |

QUOTE(kokanchai @ Jan 4 2010, 11:10 AM) I dunno wrethe a good place to put here. CC Debt Rm8K is still managable..since you dont have any commitments so far with your current salary..i think is enough to pay your CC debt. seek balance transfer with 0% interest for specified period. I believe you can settle the CC debt less or 1 year time. After your cleared your CC debt dont repeat old habit, pay before due date in full, dont use if dont have money in your bank account.i need a serious help and advise i need to borrow PL Or do balance transfer to clear out my CC DEBT (i dunno wrethe is it a good option) CC Debt around Rm8k ,and i wanted to borrow Rm10k i dun have any car loans and commitment so far. my gross salary are Rm2.2k + allowance about 2.6k but the issue is i got my new job just less for 4 month working period (currently around 3 month) but i do have a Credicard for limit :Rm3k since 2006 Any agent can helpme out? thus are they hv any Personal Loan with Low Interest rate? Hi, everyone,
Last year my bf borrowed a personal loan. he has to pay it back in 5 years and the interest is 11% from EON bank. I wanna ask, If he has money right now, can he pay more than what he should every month? is there any penalty charge? Thanks a lot!! |

hi a bank offered me personal loan of RM15K for 7.99% for 5 years. using online calculators, the monthly payment should be RM304.15, but the bank says its RM350 per month. There's no fees or other hidden charges, how are PL payments calculated?

from my calculation it should be around that amount
Loan amount = 15 000 int@7.99% Payable 60mths 15000 * 7.99% = 1198.5 this is interest u have to pay for 1year 5years int = 1198.58*5 = 5992.5 Total Outstanding amount = 15000 + 5992.5 = 20 992.5 20 992.5/60mths = 349.875 ~ 350 |

wow these PL interest are so crazy, its more economical to do a Hongleong essential credit card cash advance - 2% fee, 11% per annum REDUCING interest.
Comparison HL cash advance 11% reducing Amount RM9000 Monthly payment - minimum payment duration 8 years 8 months TOTAL INTEREST - RM1,853.15 Personal Loan Amount RM9000 Interest 8% per annum 2 year duration - monthly 434.925 - total interest - 1440 3 year - monthly 310 - total interest 2160 5 year - monthly 210 - total interest 3600 HLB essential cash advance is truly better. as well as alliance bank balance transfer - also reducing rate. moreoever, the more you add to your monthly payment, the more u save |

I urgently need RM 40K loan..my problem is i had a hire-purchase loan with default payments (old car), but i've already fully settled the loan in 1st week of December 2009, but i'm still not able to get loan. I've tried 2 banks so far and both rejected (OCBC + HL). Monthly income is 5K..reason for loan is for debt consolidation.
