QUOTE(smcg @ Dec 23 2009, 12:00 AM) damn cheap... even pay double 14% for 15 yrs oso worth it.. use to buy car, house, investment.. etc oso earn back the interest d!!!!! sorry people to dissapoint u, my friends info is false since i went to the bank to confirm its 6.99% per annum...really have to use common sense in this since if its for the duration of 15 years, the bank better put in FD to earn interest than borrow it to us like the proverb "common sense is uncommon these days" QUOTE(joenjill @ Dec 23 2009, 01:01 AM) 1 year to 15 years, not sure whether for private sectors or not |

Hi all... I am working with a foreign bank. Every bank gives out different interest rate to different people. Some bank depend on tenures, some depend on income and some depend on financing amount. My bank depend on income. My bank offers 5.5%,8.5%,9.5%,11% and 12% to different individual depending on their income. For bank like Ah Rahji is offering flat 8.5% to everyone. Hong Leong 12%to everyone. 5.5% is the best rate one can get but only offered to high income earner. You guys everytime heard about 6.9%, 4++%. Those are offered to government servant thru salary deduction. Normal personal loan interest rate best rate is around 8% -11%. ANyone have query can just PM me.

5.5%.... unless u r very high income earner.......
for those who earn 2k- 4k.. don't think about it.. if not mistaken, they will only offer 9-12%, and x5 of income for low income earner for those who don't hv payslip feel much more troublesome...... this is the experience fr most of the bank..... |
