With so many commitment (like you put it) and you do not even have 10k for house downpayment; are you really sure your can afford the house?! Done any personal financial planning at your own side?!  rclxub.gif

that is bank, if your credit history is clean, they do not want to approve ur loan. only if you have some loans then they will approve. logic or not?

you can try other banks such as bank islam, hsbc, citibank and etc

Usually u have basic more than RM1500 EPF pay slip etc etc. They should have approve your loan already unless your loan figure is large.

Hi everyone

I am racing against time to finish fixing up a project, but I am short of about RM2-3K of cash. My monthly wages from coming months can cover the loan in full. Which bank has the best personal financing rate?

I have looked into CIMB express, express cash, however their rate is 2% per month. Is there any better solutions? I am also thinking of using a credit card from CIMB and apply for i.pay. Will that work? Which one is better or is there other solutions, thanks

Kev

Anyone who is interested to apply for personal loan please leave me a PM with your details. I can refer you to a bank staff handling PL in one of the bank. The loan application is simple and approval is fast, if all your documents are sufficient.

Hello! Would like some advise/help if possible on PL.

I recently submitted an application to OCBC with a max amount of RM30k but the PL application was unsuccessful due to not having a credit card history. I currently have a car loan which started in October 2009 with good payment history even though it's new.

I am also a variable income earner with a basic of RM2000. My commission for the past 6 months is roughly around RM40k.

Is there any other banks or sales executive here that can help me? I have most of the necessary documents already.

Thank you in advance for any help. Cheers!
