Don't think about it. With that income range, unless there is a big need, kindly don't go dig your own grave  sweat.gif

Even if any banks offer up to 7 times ur salary, you also not eligible for 20k loan.

Yes, any bank can loan u by u pledge a FD to them & getting 2x OD facilities from bank. If u want to get 3x loan from cash tht u pledged, u need to go to commercial bank.

If he/she would apply few loans at the sametime, then he/she can get the amount tht he/she wants. Not necessary hv to get 7x loan.....

Guys, I have a quick question to ask here. I am thinking of getting a RM5k loan from HLB with their package of 1%/month. Right now I am not working, so obviously I do not have a payslip to produce. Is there any other way besides this? Thank you in advance for the help smile.gif

Use your credit card to pledge for one. HLB, Alliance and Ambank allow that .

Use unit trust consultant as your employment.

all the best.

Hehe, I do not have credit card. I hate using "cashless" instruments tongue.gif
What about unit trust? Can I use my previous income statement as some sort of payslip?
I thought they need a stable employment and stable 3 months payslip to approve the loan?
Please advise smile.gif

So, here is some information regarding this (taken from HLB's website):

Get our Personal Loan today to enjoy:
- Monthly installments as low as RM133.33*
- Fast approval within 48 hours**
- Flexible repayment tenure of up to 5 years
- Minimum income eligibility of only RM24,000 per annum
- Easy application – photocopy of I.C. & income statement/ credit card
- No guarantor and no collateral

*Based on a financing tenure of 5 years for RM5,000.
**48 hour loan approval is subject to terms and conditions. Other terms and conditions apply.

Eligibility:

- Malaysian citizen only
- Age between 21 to 60 years old
- Earn a minimal annual income of RM24,000 per annum

The bold parts are my problem at the moment. I do not have a job, therefore I do not have a fixed annual income of RM24,000.
So, how do I go about getting this loan? smile.gif
