- been buying lots of AXREIT lately
- still Q-ing for my last purchase @1.92
-They will announce quarterly report tomorrow
- I expect them to pay 4.2 cent dividend (Q4)
- plus 1.3 to 1.4 cent accrued from last Q
- Total will be about 5.3 to 5.5 cent

It has stated occupancy rate has dropped a bit, a concern, but to consider serious at the moment is a bit overstated.

After all, it is still generating yield more than 7%, which is more than 2x and near 3x FD rate.

Less than 5 cents.
earning dilution by new shares + nestle gone.
If not mistaken 4th quarter distribution is 99% of earning. the first 3 quarter is 95%.

The dilution effect wasn't that great though. I am happy to see the gross income received this quarter increased by another RM2mil. A good sign is showing up that the next quarter will see another distribution of more than 4 sen.

true also , the way i see it is, if share issue extra 20%, income also need to be increased at least 20%.

kinda disappointed the dividend didnt reach 5 cents per share sad.gif

If there is rental income from previous Nestle house, then result could be better.

Cannot achieve ideal situation, if the share issue extra 20%, and if the income increase 15%, then it is considered still ok, as once the size of portfolio become big, existing shareholders benefitted from more diversified properties portfolion within the reit. While if the new acquisition of properties has better valuation appreciation afterwards, it benefitted all only.

bad news, did not even hit 5 cent.. very the disappointing

good news, Amanah Raya, paying higher dividend.

However i got 7x more axreit than ARreit

ATRIUM did it again, declaring better than expected distribution for this quarter. Its share price should maintain above 0.90, if nothing unfortunate happens again.

Stareit declares 3.28 sen. A little lower but not bad. rclxms.gif

Annual yield 7.6% considering average price of RM0.87

i do really like REIT rather than those goreng stocks. Planning to apply for Sunway REIT and also the capital land REIT.

What do you think for this two coming ipo? Any opinion?

Starhill Real Estate Investment Trust recorded a 9.13 % decrease in pre-tax profit to RM18.27 million for the second quarter ended December 31, 2009 from RM20.1 million in the previous corresponding period.

now francis wanna shift LOT 10 and STARHILL GALLERY to his S-REIT (STARHILL GLOBAL) and put all all hotel yg cantik cantik into M-REIT and rename to GLOBAL HOSPITALITY REIT

These hotel really cantik and mahal one, but make money or not compared to LOT10 and Starhill gallery ????

gonna sell all my starhill reit after the ex date and but AXREIT or YTLPOWR.......

yup i concur with mok...
Lot10 and Starhill generate most of the profit and already consist of 69% of stareit properties portfolio..
and now we are in the dark which resort/hotel they are planning to buy...

i will also exit latest by this divvy... can always buy back again when in the future wink.gif

Capital land reit is postponed indeifnitely if not mistaken, or no?

Ya, Francis never mentioned which hotel he will put in .....

but if we look at hotel under YTL group stable except the two which are oledi in STARHILL :

(1) Pangkor Laut -- luxury hotel
(2) Tanjong Jara -- luxury hotel
(3) Majestic Melacca -- luxury hotel
(4) Vistana Penang -- mass market
(5) Vistana Telok Chempedak kuantan -- mass market
(6) may be some more in oversea that i cannot remember

But the point is how can these hotel be more profitable than L10 and StarHill .......
