No worry, both will move. My Atruim give me more capital gain than Hektar... Both are good.

Hopefully. Based on my buying price + commission, I do expect 10% DY from Atrium. So hopefully, capital also appreciate la la lam

Bought ATRIUM and AXREIT yesterday, then the price fall a little today.

Should buy today instead. Is ATRIUM consider expensive at RM 0.90 ? Thinking to add a little more if below RM 0.90. Can i still get 8 % dividend yield?

Well, if RM0.90, it could be about >9% as at RM0.8x, it is nearing 10%.

Hektar is so expensive now...regret didin't go in when it was only 1.00

what is the best reit in terms of dividend yield and tenant quality? HEKTAR or ATRIUM? compromise a bit is ok, just want stable income for the future. reits are better than FD anytime

anyone got starhill global reit?

Of the 2 i prefer Hektar as it is more aggressive.
