hie everyone..
I've just received a letter yesterday confirming the completion of yet another 10% of Phase 2 .. woohooo! (making it 45% now - installation of window frame n related stuff done).
For phase 1 buyers, I need your input. When is last confirmed progress of construction for your units? Or should I say, the last letter you received from leadmont confirming it.
The progress of phase 1 is a good yardstick to measure the time and delivery of subsequent phases.

Hi, Alanyuppie, I from Phase 1 have paid the deposit for EC & H2O 2months ago. I am now paying the bank 400 ++/mth. My hse is physically 80% completed . Only the sliidding door and glass is not up, so are the roads and etc. But I am a bit confuse. When I refer to the map, some of the Phase 1 block not even started yet, ie. Parkview- Have any body notice that?

Hi ykyloveu, When you sign the S&P, the lawyers will send the the documents for stamp duty. You're given 30 days and note that it starts from the date of stamping NOT the day you sign the S&P. So, if you're withdrawing from your EPF, please get the lawyer to send the document to you ASAP as the EPF withdrawal procedure takes about 21 working day i think (anybody withdraw from EPF - can share how long the procedure takes?) Rgds, Susan

It is a good practice to have a look on the construction but bear in mind that most of the developer's & their contractor do not provide any insurance cover for purchaser.

Yeah, because it is a construction site and its an accident hazard - my agent did warn me that it is dangerous, so i can only see from the entrance. I've got a friend who rang me up on sat after goin to the recent Mapex asking if i know where is the place........... not bad AMAN SIARA, getting famous day by day!!!
