wana ask...i'm currently using hotlink total plan.
and now got a new hotlink plan.which seems to be more worth.
but when i want to check the rates between these 2 plans, i found that the hotlink has been delete the total plan rate page and left only the new plan.
so i wana ask is it worth to change from total to new hotlink plan?
can someone list out the rate?

Sorry to tumpang here,
I have been subscribe to the broadband since 2 week ago,
The salesman tell me min is 7 days n will take 10 days to contact me..
but yet no any response, i call up my sells man & ask but he keep saying on the progress only mad.gif
I heard rumors from them, Maxis are lack of modem now, doh.gif
Just when i need to wait... cry.gif
Which department can i Call to Solve this situation?

Anybody received message from Hotlink or Hotlink Gift? The SMS states that if you reload for a minimum of RM30, you'll enjoy an instant flat rate of 38cents/min to whole nation. Flat call rate is valid for 30 days.

or reload more than rmxx by *date* and get ursf rewarded with X% more credits..but it took me 1 week to recieve it.hahaha. nod.gif

Total Plan,active5 peak 20cent off peak 10sen, call rates according to zone

New hotlink plan,active5 flat 15sen, call to same net 39sen,to diff net 49sen nation wide.

So which one more worth depend on your usage. Certain ppl prefer total plan. My factory vietnames ppl majority prefer total plan because after spending Rm6 they get 50% discount. So call to non active5 number is 20sen they like it very much.

Guys, I wanna ask regarding the hotlink plan, whenever I make a call to other networks (016 for example) I am suppose to be entitled to RM0.38/min right after I top up a minimum of RM30. But yesterday I topped up RM30 and this morning I made a call to a 016 number, but I still being charged at RM0.49/min. Then I made a called to the customer hotline and they told me they are unable to check the phone call that I made earlier on. It needs 24hours for them to do that and requested me to call again the next day.

p.s: Is there something that I missed out regarding the terms and conditions or there is a loop hole in the new hotlink plan?

Of course I changed it already. I even double confirm with the customer care consultant regarding my plan and she said my plan is Hotlink Plan

I think after you converted to Hotlink, you'll receive a SMS stating that you have changed to Hotlink plan and start to enjoy lower call rate of bla bla ...

Ha! Ha! This is only applicable to prepaid; i.e from Total, Talk or SMS plan to Hotlink plan.

Hmm... This is weird hmm.gif How come I didnt get any sms regarding special call rates? I checked the sms menu function *100# and even in the menu it says I am in Hotlink Plan. Looks like I need to go over to Maxis Centre to confirm the matter shakehead.gif
