Majority of 014 numbers are Easy plan,easy plan where got active 5! . Got meh? Unless you buy one is Total Plan la.

For *100# need to call up CS and ask them to change. Sometimes need to call up a few times then only the CS do it for us. Those new CS will say it can't be change and hang up. I just changed mine 3 weeks ago from Bm to English. it takes 4 day to change to english. Or you try to email maxis and ask them to change. I'll pm you the "minfai" way to call cs.

Peolple said sooner or later they also force you to use Total Plan! Just change it la if you feel total plan is good.

You use what method to set active5? *100# method or 1312 method? 1312 method immediately activation not sure about 100method.
Use 1312 method to double check your active5 number ,maybe never properly set.

If 5sen,that means yours is not Totalplan la i think. It's talkplan may be! Try sent to other ope,if deduct Rm 0.20,confirm it is talkplan

Since you said you will be calling other network then makes no different using talk plan or total plan,i would recomend total plan but with calling card like i talk or Redtone plus,

What plan are you using? If P75 then call anywhere is 20cents per min. If normal plan outstaion rate is 30cents flat i thnik.

Should be no service charge. Since you are LYT user,can go to garage sale so many people are selling reload card at discounted price.
