if u read through the creative official website, most of the perfect cards that will match with BF2142 are XFi series, which of course is a little bit expensive..

it depends on ur budget anyway..let say u got RM200 budget max for soundcard, then Audigy series would do the job..Audigy 2 is around RM195, while Audigy 4 is RM235
anyway im not sure if SB Live is still available in the market..what ive seen so far is only SB 5.1

anyway i am no expert in this field actually..what have i posted so far are based on my experience and opinion

SB 5.1 is only around RM65, while Audigy Value is RM110..
example given above is IF u have such RM200 budget

why not? it will work on most of the ram out there (any ram i think..)
its work flawlessly with my ballistix...

compare to AMD opteron 180 and athlon 64 x2 4800+ , which are 939 socket, their only differents is the FSB. So in term of their differents ,which one is better? and what's reason?

And does asus A8N-sli deluxe support opteron dual core 939 chip?

another noob question.

planning to buy a basic pc using a good p965 mobo (ASUS, GByte,Biostar,MSI).

is the price cheaper now?

btw, is it easy to find it at LYP?

based on the pricelist, most stores only list P35, P31 etc.

u can get better tech board of the p35 board with a slight increase of price only

i'm ok with p35 but only if the price is 300 of less (sorry la, very price sensitive).

That's why i'm looking for p965, hoping the price now is within my budget. Tech wise, i'm not fussy.

i got a question...
my default ram was running 512mb ddr2

but now just get another 512mb ram from other pc...
y after i plug the other 512mb inside my mobo...then cannot log in to window....

is it need to set anything in the bios before we plug another ram in the mobo???

are there any differences in performance between the pirated & orginal Windows XP Proffesional? Is the pirated version slower or have any bugs? I just know that the pirated version can't download updates thru the internet...thanks

yes i can jus change the proc..no need to reformat..jus get in bios then save the new setting..but the prob now wont b bout the proc..its ur mobo..ur current system now soc939 rite the x2 6000+ is am2 soc..so wont b fix haha u need to change ur mobo for soc am2 to support it

due to budget limitation, i might buy GC later for my rig. Can Biostar TA690 onboard graphic support the samsung 226bw LCD?

i think it can coz TA690 on-board graphics controller's max resolution is 2048x1536 while 226bw supports upto 1680 x 1050...and d mobo also got DVI connector to connect to d LCD's DVI slot.
