help me pls...i want to set a lan network...but the prob is that in my connection status..it show some bytes in the send..but 0 in received

is it my lan port have problem or the window...

there is also no files in the My Network Places..even my Shared folder

need help...i have a external hdd..2.5" the prob is that the comp cant detect the hdd..have use it for a year now..the led is on but..still cant detect..i have try to change the wire...change the case also..but still cant detect..

is my hdd died?? and any other way to recover the data??

the hdd sound also when plug it to the pc..and after few sec its gone...
