it depends on ur usage IMHO smile.gif
if u feel that 512MB is enough, then no need to upgrade lor..
but i think 1gb is recommended, or 2gb if u have more budget, since the price of 1gb ddr2 ram is quite cheap nowadays smile.gif

* ignore my 3rd sentence if u r using ddr1 biggrin.gif

if you must know, enabling dual channel, you need identical RAM, same speed, same density, same RAM chip configuration icon_idea.gif, and of course the board that support dual channel icon_idea.gif

DDR2 667 + DDR2 800, no... it won't enabling the dual channel feature, as i said earlier, it must be an identical RAM module... (yes of course you can also use other brand (Kingston + Apacer)) or any brand mixed, as long as both RAM modules same RAM chip configuration, density and so on...

Hi All,
I want to check about my mobo...

My PC already strike the lightning
Result
1) Power Ok, No Problem
2) No Power to Fan Via Mobo, so i change new mobo

The problem are after installation the mobo, Yes, All FAN , On-Off, LED light, DVD-ROM all already have power BUT its havent start / running...
Not even bios also come out on the screen....

May i know what is the problem? Processor or RAM?
Pls advise expert out there, maybe ist just technical problem or another hardware problem....
