For the warranty, I already lookup using their website, just key in the serial number, where you can see when they shipped.
So we don't need to register again. It will start counting from shipped date.

ya... that's why i register it again so that the warranty date adjust to date it arrived at my doorstep.
Initially it was shown starts at 21st Dec, after i did the registration now it's reflected to 29th Dec.
This would be fair if your delivery lead time which might took more than 1 month.
Before i made the purchase, customer service already made clear to me
Lenovo will only start charging(assume credit card payment) once notebook delivered to customer but this does not apply to installment plan.
Warranty will only start once notebook delivered to customer.
