Same same. My account was temporarily restricted several times. All the times, received similar response - system detected policy violation. But all the cs that communicated via email or chat were unable to tell me what was the violation. They just automatically cancel the restriction every time I contacted them. I was not happy with the restriction, kept demanding to know what violation have I done that triggered the restriction. I kept receiving the same standard reply as you. Kept pestering cs for one month for answer. At the end, I gave up

Ya, when I tried to select payment method it goes blank. complaint to CS said wait 24 hours, now passed 24 hours also same. cannot solve. can't pay bills.

Top up on 8:38am with saved card no issue. But after removed same saved card and try add back same card or other card also cannot. Looks like today having issue with credit card payment on shopee.

Was working at the time I reported. Managed to add card, top up, and spend with OTP. Need others to test now. Can't delete card since I don't know when it'll fix itself.
