I spent more than RM20 at 99 around 9.50am. No RM6 CB too. Only meagre coins

No CB until now. Only get 1% coins

Speedmart cashier scanned my Shopeepay bar code. I have no idea what setting or option she used on her machine . Lesson well learnt today. Next time have to tell the cashier to use Shopeepay channel, or else no daily RM3 CB

Used multiple 1 sen vouchers at KK Mart and 7-eleven few hours ago. All transactions were not credited cb. Let's hope Shopee credit those cb later today

Finally received the missing cb at midnight, few hours after spent the vouchers. Those who missed cb, can keep track at Transaction History

Announcement said 300 coins per transaction, 20 redemptions per day. But I found out it is limited to 300 coins per day regardless of the amount or number of transactions. I made few transactions at several different merchants with total amount exceeding RM500 today. Only the first RM100 spent given CB

I shared here before. I used on different merchants in the same hour in the same morning but the cb I got was up to 300 coins only. After 300 coins, no more cb

Could not buy a single RM1.10 voucher from any merchants. Shown reached maximum purchase limit. But can buy other non Shopeepay Day voucher like RM1 or RM2 Rotiboy vouchers

Same. I can only buy few now. Seems like Shopee started to effect the daily buyable voucher limit recently

The T&C stated 1x for Shopeepay Duitnow QR and 1x any Duitnow QR

I encountered error when use shopeepay scan and pay this morning. Tried many times and finally gave up and paid with Boost. Anyone having same problem?

Same same. My account was temporarily restricted several times. All the times, received similar response - system detected policy violation. But all the cs that communicated via email or chat were unable to tell me what was the violation. They just automatically cancel the restriction every time I contacted them. I was not happy with the restriction, kept demanding to know what violation have I done that triggered the restriction. I kept receiving the same standard reply as you. Kept pestering cs for one month for answer. At the end, I gave up

I noticed that Shopeepay scan qr pay no longer gives 3% coinback. It has been reduced to 1%. I did not see any announcement by Shopee

Edit: ah....just saw the post by cybpsych on 2 May...it's 1% now

I bought something, paid with Shopeepay, scanned QR about an hour ago. Working fine

Usually few working days. Once, it took one whole week to get the payment receipt notification from ptptn

Shopeepay down today? Unable to use scan and pay just now. Kept getting error message after keyed in password

Today when i scanned different merchant QR code, same error problem. Transaction failed. But when I paid different merchant who scanned my QR code, transaction went through smoothly. Anyone here has any problem scanning seller QR code?

Same as me. Cannot scan and pay. But if seller scan my QR code / barcode, transaction successful. Seems like several forummers facing the same issue. I am wondering whether this affects the entire Shopeepay community or only a group of unfortunate users. Anyone here has successfully paid by scanning seller QR code?
