On 11/3/2021, I have spent RM40 at BHPetrol. The cashback should be RM4, but I only received RM3. Any idea why?
If daily spend RM15 at BHP, can get cashback RM3?

I need your advice on how to get back my missing cashback.
The Shopeepay agent had rejected my cashback claim twice with the statement below



However, I have already stated in my email that both transactions were under different promotion


I couldn't get in touch with the ShopeePay agent to dispute it on the phone. When I call Shopee customer service hotline, they said will inform the ShopeePay agent but the agent never call me back.

How do address the issue to the "butthead" ShopeePay agent to get back my RM3 cashback?

1. Is it normal to successfully top up Shopeepay by credit card without any OTP? My 1st top up has OTP but my 2nd top up doesn't have any OTP, and yet, it's also successful. I had store my credit card info long time ago for Shopee payment.
2. And why the 1st SMS & 2nd SMS looks different (see pic below)
3. Is this ShopeePay contact no? 60327779299 as stated on 2nd SMS is an invalid number.

did u get any feedback from Shoppe on the above issue? i still can't purchase the 1 sen voucher.

I had email to Shopee with video attachment but no feedback yet.
So far, I can pay bills or use the previously purchased 1 sen voucher. It just that I can't buy new voucher.

I'm no sure if this applies to your problem but I have "self" resolved my 1 sen voucher problem.
My last purchased was using Spaylater. Afterwards, I think it got stuck as the last payment method and the page becomes blank when I try to purchase 1 sen voucher.
u might give it a try and see if the following steps work or not
A. Perform Shopee's basic troubleshooting
1) Proceed to delete everything in your Shopping Cart
2) Clear your cache files using these steps:
iOS : Shopee apps > Me > Settings > About > Clear Cache
Android : Shopee apps > Me > Settings > Clear Cache

3) Update your Shopee App and update your Android System.
Android: Update Shopee App and go to Google Play> Android System > Update.
For PC:
1) Log out
2) Clear web cache
3) Restart browser
4) Log in back

B. After u have done the above steps, try the following
1. Add something to your shopping cart
2. Checkout & change Payment Option to ShopeePay
3. Click Place Order
4. Once the ShopeePay PIN pop-out, close the page
Now try n see if u can purchase 1 sen voucher.
Hope the above steps work for u.
