Hi guys. I notice my shopee app shows shopeepay. Anyone has it in their shopee app. I have 2 accounts. One showing shopee wallet, one showing shopee pay. Weird

OK updates a little about shopee pay.

Monthly limit RM500 for basic. Rm1500 for premium after kyc verification.

Daily withdrawal limit RM1000.

No withdrawal fees until further notice.

Topup for now, can only see online banking FPX.

I dont see any shopee pay in my shopee app. Or is it separate app?

Same app. 2 phones account, only one got. The other tarak.

Is it appear on ios or android fon? Maybe for selected user omly

the one got the shopeepay is buyer account only.

the one without shopeepay is seller account, but it's seller coz I simply click activate the seller account by accident

not sure. I'm using android. both Android phone, but one got one none.

I’m also having the same problem but I’m opposite from u. My seller acc got shopeepay but my normal account use for normal buying n shopping only got shopeewallet no shopeepay 🤔

I'm using buyer account and I have shopeepay displayed in my phone apps. I have been calling shopeepay for multiple times to resolve the verification issue. Until now still not able to setup my shopeepay account. Today, I created a new account and it shows shopee wallet instead even though I login using the same phone and the same apps. And the verification was flawless.

So, I made another call to shopeepay as I still need the shopeepay on my 1st account activated. Got refund goes into it. When I asked them what different between PAY and WALLET, they said exactly the same except that WALLET can only pay and withdraw, cannot topup. Shopeepay can topup.

Topup only using FPX. Effectively useless for me. But x care la. Inconsistent.

Premium Wallet allows withdrawal.

But too bad no CC option for top up...

Use CC to pay Shopee directly, the refund (if the order is cancelled) will go back to the CC.

Can use other than cc like 7-e or cash deposit?

Why not use Debit card (Visa/MC), you should have a Savings account right?

Yes I do, wonder if its possible to top-up by cash as an option.

Haha it is not like Lazada wallet, you topup and you use the wallet you will get some rebate, but this is not the case for ShopeePay yet.

I see... it would be nice if it have tho.
