I'm no sure if this applies to your problem but I have "self" resolved  my 1 sen voucher problem.
My last purchased was using Spaylater. Afterwards, I think it got stuck as the last payment method and the page becomes blank when I try to purchase 1 sen voucher.
u might give it a try and see if the following steps work or not
A. Perform Shopee's basic troubleshooting
1) Proceed to delete everything in your Shopping Cart
2) Clear your cache files using these steps:
iOS : Shopee apps > Me > Settings > About > Clear Cache
Android : Shopee apps > Me > Settings > Clear Cache

3) Update your Shopee App and update your Android System.
Android: Update Shopee App and go to Google Play> Android System > Update.
For PC:
1) Log out
2) Clear web cache
3) Restart browser
4) Log in back

B. After u have done the above steps, try the following
1. Add something to your shopping cart
2. Checkout & change Payment Option to ShopeePay
3. Click Place Order
4. Once the ShopeePay PIN pop-out, close the page
Now try n see if u can purchase 1 sen voucher.
Hope the above steps work for u.

Tried to activate just now. Since I already verified the shopeepay before, now it only ask for some occupation details and do face verification, no need to provide nric again.

Anyone has issue using 1 Sen voucher ?
I literally confirm the voucher applies before show my QR code to cashier yet the final payment no discount applied although min spend met

Happens twice to me...don't know is it to "encourage" me use new app =.=

I'm still using old app too...the transaction loading is getting slower nowadays and still need backtracked for such situation I just hope the ppl queue behind don't hit me lmao
Mine is KK mart and Caltex... probably affected to all voucher in someway lol

I only manage to get one shopeepay cb today. 

for IWK, i trusted the POS system after i paid i did not check until next statement which is not correct, then i call n email my payment receipt, after they check only they debited the amount.
