Yes, same way we buy stuff on shopee. Can apply vouchers for delivery and food discount as well.

haven't go POS PAM for quite a while. Today pass by pay POST PAM $100, didn't get any coinback until now. Approx 1 hour already.

anyone Shopee account locked despite only 1 a genuine Shopee user with only 1 account using ShopeePay / ShopeeFood and tons of shopping in Shopee for years? contacted Shopee CS and told it is 'general issue' without giving any reason why the account is locked / suspended ranting.gif

finally got the account un-ban after contacted CS which suspected having multiple accounts linked. I have only ONE account, never have dupes at all and the only one using Shopee in the family, wonder what triggered my account to suspension, last purchase was 4.4 and no purchase records recently hmm.gif

never at all, only use Shopee in one phone and also laptop. could it be connecting to public / hotel / friend's house WiFi?

nah, stop "blaming" yourself. Their system is not perfect and has defects. Living with this is one of the ways to pay for the coinbacks.

i think it's more to troubleshooting and to prevent future occurrence. it's very inconvenient since we are used to online shopping and cashless payments nowadays.

i just wanna ask base on chart above, is it that i can only spend Rm4999 every month or i can spend RM4999 daily until i hit the annual transaction limit?
the shopee CS is too busy to reply me.

your one day = RM4999 in April (assuming no txn made before), also hit the monthly Apr's limit of RM4999 as well (assuming no txn made before)
