My experience paying TNB @ PAM today afternoon

T1. Paid RM10, cb RM4
T2. Paid RM10. cb RM4
T3. Paid RM10, cb RM0
T4. Paid RM15, cb RM3

Also noticed the PAM I used did not recognise ShopeePay QR code, luckily changing to bar code worked

What I remember is when you wanna activate ShopeePay they will ask for your name + ic#

I was thinking not to leave balance so reloaded RM27 then pay RM10 - RM10 - RM15 as the first 2 cb of RM4 x2 can subsidise the 3rd RM15 transaction but was day dreaming on 3rd transaction and paid RM10 instead

Yes the RM4 and RM3 were credited instantly once my payments were successfully accepted

And, wu la la your TNB bill is only RM22?!

I thought mine is already super low and proud of it who knows one mountain has another higher mountain

Yes I overpaid but I respect his choice

And I am gonna overpay again tmr as my water bill is less than RM15, even for 2 months' consumptions

this is really cost controller level already

go alone with 15 smartphones like the Pokemon uncle in Taiwan but sure those waiting at the back

aduh meaning the counters will not entertain bill payment anymore pity those uncles / aunties

but they are expanding aggresively now so almost anywhere can get the RM15 for RM3 cb

Successfully done RM15 and got RM3 cb @ PAM for TNB this afternoon

I am wondering if it is not working or did you use QR code or barcode

I tried QR code also no respond and it only recognised barcode

PAM I tried this noon 1st time same, receipt showed pending and money not deducted, no cb

Then the counter guy told me this noon got problem all like that

After 2nd try, receipt showed success and money deducted with cb

Otherwise I already walked away with the first receipt

But looking at the other members' posts it could have been problem across the nation for PAM line

I was paying then after the receipt came out the staff at the counter talked to me and asked to look at the receipt status

He said since noon he noticed can't go through then I also noticed my wallet balance did not get deducted

Then I tried my luck one more time, like 5 minutes apart after someone done paying using cash

Luckily it went through
