hope they'll release a smaller IONIC... 13.3"/14". I find 15" is a bit too huge.

Is the default screen for Raven SE any good?

My budget doesn't allow me to upgrade to 100% sRGB, I'm undecided between this and the 120hz display on forge 15.

Hi, When i tried reinstalling the chipset drivers from the link it is prompting me to downgrade. Should i continue? I am using Raven SE i7-9750H with GTX 1650.

I am having difficulties with my 3ds Max 2017 software where all my dialoq pop ups will be very laggy. Issue solved if i reinstall the graphics driver but it only last until next reboot. Can you assist? Thanks.

Hi incubus_skj, the previous estimation for our order processing is indeed between 7-14 working days but further setback might have incurred onto your order due to the influx of orders being processed on our end. Is it possible for you to PM me your order number for us to verify the status?

well if you currently have 450 pending orders as per what one of your staff told me yesterday, then this isn't a sudden setback or sudden influx of orders one, right?
then isn't it kinda unethical when you have people expect it to ship in 7-14 days then you just wash hand say "oh sorry we have 450 pending orders so your order gonna be late a bit"
and it's just salesman talk when you add "oh nvm i'll TRY TO expedite your order for you"

sigh i'll PM you my order number anyways

Hi chittyserv, thank you very much for reporting, I believe we have yet to encounter this behaviour on a Raven SE previously. May I know if any major updates were done recently on your system?

May I also know if you have notified our Support Team? In regards to this matter, I would recommend for you to consult our Support Line directly as well for easier communication regarding this matter by using the contact number below:

Yeah...i got exactly the same text when i enquire regarding the status of my order. Its been almost a month now I haven’t received any news regarding the status of my order. When ask...they keep telling me to expect in 7-14 days! Wat the hell...its already a month!

Been waiting for my order for such a long time already. I was promised my laptop will be ready within 2 weeks and now almost a month no news at all. Been asking the sales team many times and was told still in process. They claim having 450 pending order which i think its totally bullshit excuse. Its a blatant disregard of customers trust and dishonest business conduct. Promising their customer something they can’t provide in order to make sales.... im disappointed. I urge whoever considering buying laptop from illegear, go and make a custom letter of agreement from lawyers office..so u can claim ur rights if they unable to fulfill their promise. mad.gif

Now nothing i can do but wait...with the extra weeks delay i hope they better do a flawless job and deliver me a perfect laptop. Any problem later I’ll be pissed straight to their office.

well, if a company have huge influx of order, i think it’s better to make an official announcement about the delay. even apple make announcement if got delayed production.

That's what I've been telling them. It's totally unethical to be putting a 7-14 working days waiting time when they well know they can't deliver on time. Then I get the "we'll feedback to management" SOP reply

Heck because of the order rush they've already made a mistake on mine. Didn't upgrade my WiFi card as ordered and didn't inform me until I found out myself. Then now tell me no stock.

My selenite will be my last laptop from them. They do offer really decent prices on their laptops but their support and customer engagement are just on a whole new level of bad. I'm more than willing to pay the price and currency to get a laptop from other brands like XMG or Eluktronicks where they actually have proper support. Their customer care and engagement really show that they want to keep their customers happy and are willing to help them as much as possible. Just check the notebookreivew forums out and compare their engagement with Illegear's engagement.

The CEO of Eluktronicks frequents the notebookreview forums very often and XMG has an entire subreddit dedicated to them where even their talks with Tongfang and Intel regarding issues or user suggestions for their laptops are posted with the outcome.

They also have something that Illegear doesn't. They have a proper return policy if the machine if it isnt performing up to expectation. What do we get in msia? Oh, machine not working as expected? If cannot fix then just live with it la we already have your money lmao. And they keep people updated on their orders and are completely honest with why someone's order has been delayed. They acknowledge their mistakes ffs. So hard for msian company to do meh? Too kiasu issit. I've browsed quite far in to the XMG subreddit and i don't remember seeing the "influx of order" excuse unless it was on something like a black friday sale. Man, if they pulled this shit in Aus where i am now, they'd literally be in court or even shut down
