Yeah...i got exactly the same text when i enquire regarding the status of my order. Its been almost a month now I haven’t received any news regarding the status of my order. When ask...they keep telling me to expect in 7-14 days! Wat the hell...its already a month!

Have you gotten your laptop? 1 month is still okay. Some folks at lvl51 got their laptop after 2 months.

hey, any chance yet to update laguna se control center so that it can use balanced mode?
*
Hi fat cat, apologies for the delayed response!

For Lagune SE model, the control center will manage and overwrite windows power profile. You may consider using the Control center Text mode as its similar to windows default balance mode.
Alternatively, you may perform a clean windows re-installation with all the drivers installed but without installing the Control center. It will use the windows default balance mode without the control center.

Hi fat cat,

The "text mode" on LAGUNA SE command center is similar to windows balanced mode, you can use that on your laguna se smile.gif

Hi. WTA. For model Raven SE, does the speaker hear so slow? How to raise the volume level? (don't need advise on changing volume level at taskbar speaker icon or going inside sound properties..I got that knowledge. Thanks) Previously used Dell Inspiron 15 7559 (i5, GTX 960) and noticed its speaker louder than this Raven SE (i7, GTX 1650) I just purchased. How loud it can be in actual? If anybody got its standard dB level then I can measure it from home to compare with. TQVM

* and I accidentally throw away the stickers given after unboxing. Didn't realize I slipped in and throw away. How to purchase those?

I bought some new ram last week, and noticed the laptop motherboard has this black plastic type of cover. is it necessary or does it serve some kind of cooling purpose? maybe its leftover from new and should be removed?

Hi, the black plastic cover on the motherboard serve as a protective layer to avoid any external static shock to the motherboard.
Please do reattach the black plastic back to the motherboard after any upgrade is performed.

i was wondering as well, why dont these gaming notebook support faster ram? and most support 2666 mhz max usually.

edit: if anyone is curious, here is the difference between Illegear supplied ram and the corsair one i bought. The illegear ram is actually good for one thats given for "free".
