What's wrong with Puchong hub? my item has been stuck since 19th July, no updates at all. Tried messaging the Lazada helpdesk but it's not helping..

There is a lot of new shops(mostly created 1 month ago) showing up and cheating when joining promotion, then when you place order, just keep telling you sorry, wrong setup, pls cancel for us.

For your case, it should be China seller, they got automatic translate system when chatting with you and them, so you need to be formal English, and hope them also using formal and simple Chinese.

my 7.7 parcel also was stuck at puchong hub, parcel picked up on 7/8 then not moving.. 7/11 complaint to chat agent, evening check still not moving, the chat rating I rated dissatisfied.. then finally arrived in Logistics Facility... some days in between try to spam agent again, but couldn't get, however, thing got moving again, then finally got my parcel on 14/7.. my last get by date.

My parcel is stuck at the OUG Warehouse since July 15, LOL. Longest waiting time ever. The Customer Service Chat is useless 'cuz it's an AI.
I managed to google a Lazada Hotline and called. Was put on hold for 30 min due to "long queue". Finally got to hear a human on the other side greeting me but OMG, their line is so bad that it kept breaking up. Even the lady had to repeat multiple times what she said. She managed to get hold of my Order Number, and was very surprised that my package has not been delivered. She filed a report for me. And all I can do now is wait.
Two days ago, I drove to the warehouse, thinking of tracking down my parcel personally. When I reached there, there was a group of riders mingling with each other... without following SOPs. I left. Not worth finding my RM150 items and end up getting "something else".
