My parcel is stuck at the OUG Warehouse since July 15, LOL. Longest waiting time ever. The Customer Service Chat is useless 'cuz it's an AI.
I managed to google a Lazada Hotline and called. Was put on hold for 30 min due to "long queue". Finally got to hear a human on the other side greeting me but OMG, their line is so bad that it kept breaking up. Even the lady had to repeat multiple times what she said. She managed to get hold of my Order Number, and was very surprised that my package has not been delivered. She filed a report for me. And all I can do now is wait.
Two days ago, I drove to the warehouse, thinking of tracking down my parcel personally. When I reached there, there was a group of riders mingling with each other... without following SOPs. I left. Not worth finding my RM150 items and end up getting "something else".
Lazada, I hate you.
