My 7.7 Parcel still stuck in Shah Alam facility since July 14... no update until today

My parcel is stuck at the OUG Warehouse since July 15, LOL. Longest waiting time ever. The Customer Service Chat is useless 'cuz it's an AI.
I managed to google a Lazada Hotline and called. Was put on hold for 30 min due to "long queue". Finally got to hear a human on the other side greeting me but OMG, their line is so bad that it kept breaking up. Even the lady had to repeat multiple times what she said. She managed to get hold of my Order Number, and was very surprised that my package has not been delivered. She filed a report for me. And all I can do now is wait.
Two days ago, I drove to the warehouse, thinking of tracking down my parcel personally. When I reached there, there was a group of riders mingling with each other... without following SOPs. I left. Not worth finding my RM150 items and end up getting "something else".

Lazada, I hate you.

Really unable to stop buying now.

I just grab it at 5:30 PM, open twice on free shipping page to clear cache.

My advice.. Do Not Buy anything from Lazada now.

They are experiencing major issue at their warehouse.

My pkg has been stuck at their KL warehouse for many2 days
Not only happened to me but many2 other  also reported aswell. Alreadyy tried so many times for past 2days to contact CS but not successful. Keep stating CS is unavailable and to try again.
Also, I did try to call CS but line got cut off enerytime

Anything else I can do to get my pkg? Pls suggest/ advice?

Wanna go and collect myself after saw many review that their parcel stuck at warehouse even at other platform mamy user is complaining

Just noticed something the other day I ordered something and was ship within a day and now reached nearby logistic but why is the delivery date showing Sept?! 😅

I'm certain Lazada is facing major problems now.
Even trying to contact CS isn't possible. I personally tried so many times since yesterday and non get thru.
Therefore, I suggest Do Not Buy from Lazada until they sort out their problems.

Btw, no self pickup allowed. Lazada won't allowed.

Sorry bro. I just bought 2 days ago and now my parcel is already out for delivery. There was one that waited for a week but still managed to deliver in time.

Your many many days is how long? More than 3 days wait or what? If you tell me one month wait then yeah unreasonable as fuck, but usually when I purchase online I will always expect at least one week for delivery, what’s more it’s MCO and a lot of companies do have corvid cases where KKM asked them to shut down not 1 day or 2 days but 3 days!

Today delivery break my previous record. Parcel received 8:12PM just now.

Currently my pkg still at Logistics Facility KL since 21th.
Earlier stuck at Logistics Puchong from 19th - 21th.

Anxious bcoz pkg contain mini pc with ryzen 5 setup.
