just apply mae card. saw option block card in app. if i enable this, can i enable via app or need to go to branch to renable like maybank debit card

I have a Maybank internet savers account which is linked to my debit card, credit cards and a MAE wallet.

Separately I have other Maybank savings accounts, joint accounts, and Zest-i accounts.

When Maybank enforced Secure2u, they said go to bank branch to merge all accounts into one. But I went twice, second time many months later, and they still cannot merge all my accounts.

So I can only do transactions on one MAE account, and can only transfer money on my second Maybank2u account if I actually buy another device.

want to ask, why maybank2u when i login, it always show blank screen?, i need to retry multiple times to be able to see the menu

has been like this for the past few months, getting annoying

no issue for me. just logged in again myself.

this issue is localized to you/your system. just do the usual troubleshooting, etc temp disable av/firewall, clear browser cache/cookie, try other browsers, etc

Is that possible to setup QRPay for my Maybank credit card ? (I don't have Maybank savings acc)

You have MAE Wallet?
If yes, it is a Savings account, you can use it to scan any Duitnow QR to pay.
If Don't have Maybank Current/Savings (including MAE Wallet), forget MAE Scan & Pay. Use your primary bank app (any bank) and ewallet (ShopeePay, TNG Wallet, Grabpay, Boost or Setel or Merchantrade) to scan Duitnow QR and pay.

You may select using credit card instead of CASA/MAE, only Maybank QRPay merchants opt in to accept QR by credit card, very rare. The merchant scan your QR code. Please note QR fund sourced from credit card not eligible for TAP & WIN prize, so no reason to use credit card for QR.

14Nov MBB komplaint unit response official .
*earlier MBB kompliant unit did call to ask.


*im still not happy with the komplain unit reply. not much different from ealir MBB CS.

Pls share more info, I'd like to escalate my complaints about MAE campaigns too which I already followed multiple times but they never got back to me! They keep using standard reply telling me the relevant department is looking at my issue, which doesn't make sense at all!

Is there any email address to reach BNM? Or did you submit your complaint via the eLink? Luckily I read your posts, I almost forgot to follow up as it's been so many months!

baiscally BNM instruct MBB to respond
MBB within an hour , call x3 spam to my phone .....i purposely duwan to pick up .

MBB in the end ---claim they will advise the relevant department on this issue ......and


thats it ..... nothing much change .



we need more ppl to complain to BNM

Such a terrible unprofessional service! My case has been dragging on for months, I receive standard reply each time I follow up with them. They are certainly not looking into the case as it doesn't need to take this long!

The issues encountered such as transactions not captured for pay via scan & pay - noticed in the latest campaign now it states to be eligible for "participating merchants" while I have no idea where to find the listing.

Also placing FD on the first day of campaign I did not get any cashback, or rather not recorded in tracker.

Some other common issues such as transactions not recorded which I ignored as I managed to complete the trackers (but no cashback of course!). It is unbelievable how is the team and bank handles this!

Very disappointed to hear that no progress for your case despite highlighted to BNM..
