Ya. HLB is worse than MAE, sometimes make me very embarrassed. Keep loading.. can be more than 5 second. I only use it when there is a cashback campaign.

MAE slow loading issue on Android resolve !
Just realised it today when approving transaction.

App version 0.9.27
Probably it's server side loading fixed.

found that it load faster now.

take them months or years for this improvement version.

Mae wallet does not send monthly statement via email? Wonder what are advantages of using Mae wallet when you can just scan qr from saving account.

Both Data and WiFi , slow. Seeing the Tiger logo spinning like Roulette

Currently MAE has an issue where it requires 1 minute to connect to server. Also, whenever you switched to other app and switch back to MAE, it requires 1 minute again to reconnect and become workable. This caused secure2u is not works if you are going to make payment using the same phone. This is because most of the secure2u must be approved in 30 seconds but the MAE needs 1 minutes to get ready.

There are quite some people encountered found from the MAE app's reviews. It still not confirm if it is caused by the phone itself or the MAE app. Also, seems like don't have any solution yet.

I'm exactly having this issue. Which is very annoying.
Samsung S20 FE - problem
Samsung Note 9 - no issue.

Been complaining to Maybank and they just say they're investigating. Strangely, on Facebook, Maybank keep asking users to Clear Cache as a solution, obviously not working.

Read some comments on Facebook also has user complaints on Z Fold 4 & 5.

Yes did that tedious steps too. No luck I'm improving.
I suspect it could be Samsung did some changes to it's security / permissions and Maybank developers aren't aware.

So far I notice the pattern is latest Android version 13/14 and Samsung phones.

Just started using MAE, referral code wasn't working, no cashback was given. And I read in T&C, cashback is given the following days once trackers are completed. And I read through the pages that they are many missing cashback etc problems.

So how soon can we receive the cashback once we complete each tracker?
