Just started using MAE, referral code wasn't working, no cashback was given. And I read in T&C, cashback is given the following days once trackers are completed. And I read through the pages that they are many missing cashback etc problems.

So how soon can we receive the cashback once we complete each tracker?

Pls share more info, I'd like to escalate my complaints about MAE campaigns too which I already followed multiple times but they never got back to me! They keep using standard reply telling me the relevant department is looking at my issue, which doesn't make sense at all!

Is there any email address to reach BNM? Or did you submit your complaint via the eLink? Luckily I read your posts, I almost forgot to follow up as it's been so many months!

Hoping that there will be positive outcome for your case!

Such a terrible unprofessional service! My case has been dragging on for months, I receive standard reply each time I follow up with them. They are certainly not looking into the case as it doesn't need to take this long!

The issues encountered such as transactions not captured for pay via scan & pay - noticed in the latest campaign now it states to be eligible for "participating merchants" while I have no idea where to find the listing.

Also placing FD on the first day of campaign I did not get any cashback, or rather not recorded in tracker.

Some other common issues such as transactions not recorded which I ignored as I managed to complete the trackers (but no cashback of course!). It is unbelievable how is the team and bank handles this!

Very disappointed to hear that no progress for your case despite highlighted to BNM..
