149, as far as I know, is only possible at highrise with Time Fiber availability.

There are a few users here already got reduction to 149 and a few at 159 for 800Mbps.

Mine is not the cheapest for 500Mbps, someone in this thread is paying RM 99 only..

Saw that there is asus router offer for 9.9 on lazada. And was thinking of getting one to replace my current router. Is asus 86u router RM899 worth buying? or still expensive? Any advise? outside IT shop sell slight higher price. Thanks.

Still at lowest price? Or should I terminate and subscribe any new/promotion plan?

Seriously if comparing to any streamyx plans, even unifi 10Mbps plan last time will make a big difference for normal web surfing. 😜

100Mbps will certainly be day and night for downloading. but for web surfing or video streaming, actually it has no significant difference from lower end 5Mbps or 10Mbps unifi given that most video content online such as YouTube is still in full HD resolution only.

Actually 100Mbps vs 800Mbps, only if u do download only can tell the difference.

At least now I can update all my apps and OS in less time.

The most worry is technician come over to your place to reset BTU, and then suddenly they request payment of RM50 or RM53 (Forget already) as for technical visit.

Like last time I request for replacement router (within warranty period by TM), they come to my place and suddenly request for payment..
Damn I say if request payment, then you can go out my house already, not need fixed already.. And I lodge again the report.
"The door is open for you".. I think not need to welcome you go out ya..

Straight away their face turn black like charcoal.. Nowadays this people really kinda tipu tipu makan duit only.. dry.gif

So did u managed to solve ur router issue?

I have router problem also, I called 100 they inform me the charges. RM50 for a router warranty claim is ridiculous. Rather buy my own router.

Yes broken for me too. Only VPN worked.

Have you tried changing to cloudflare, google DNS, or just using Unifi DNS ?

Yea.. until now still cannot login. Have to use VPN to play. Already report this to TM by Livechat but they only said will escalate to technical management. No ETA..
