They allow work from home for 14 days in THEIR ANNOUNCEMENT, but

Wait for it....
Wait for it....

the bosses will NEVER approve employees' leaves because the upper management will start making noise, this company turnover are high, I expected April will many people leave after bonus and gave 2 months notice. THEY JUST WANNA SHOW THE WORLD HOW HIGH OF 'humanity' they have -ahem- over the announcement. Their announcement in yammer, a social media in certain corporate, only syok sendiri for their oversea partner see how good and kind they are. I enjoy working there because my nearest colleague that I working with is nice and always positive thinking despite how stupid the boss are in HQ and the office also near my house so I no need afraid of traffic jam and wake up early, save petrol and environment too! Well I am leaving once my working visa accepted or I continue take my master.

Ok back to Japan...

I enjoyed July in Japan before, yes the weather are super hot, hotter than Malaysia, but we Malaysian can stand it and also JULY is sales season in Japan, and the air-conditioner are super strong there!! I can get some clothes that better than PADINI brand at 300 yen to 500 yen each!

They also give out sample drink in whole bottle 500ml if you are lucky to meet the promoting event over there. If you are even luckier, you will encounter some Hanabi event big or small.

I just enjoy Japan no matter which month I went hahaha, I just navigate according to the condition and adapt to it. I also have best friend and relatives there for me to coach-surfing. I even experience minor earthquake while green tea picking under Fuji mountain, I like how steady the Japanese are! They act like normal when they experiencing it. Amazing!

I was in Shanghai during July some 10 years ago for work and yeah it was easily hotter than Malaysia but I don't feel it, one day we were walking outside whole day and it wasn't unbearable. Maybe cuz we're Malaysians so heat is less issue and we deal with it by complaining a lot sweat.gif and going into AC places as often. But I wouldn't want to experience that again if possible and I can see why July/Aug is lowest season months in 4 season places, this of course is when many shops are giving discounts to boost sales and traffic. When its that hot, less people want to go out shop.

Hi all, AA cancel my flight and send me emails about the cancellation.

In the email, it is stated that I can make full refund via chat with live bot AVA and select Refund>New Refund Request. I follow that instructions.

However, I just noticed that there is Covid-19 option where there is option of AACancel My flight. I did not choose that.

Do you know if I will get full refund? I just folllow istructions from email only. There is no instructions to choose Covid19 based on the email.

HELPP Im worried I only get airport tax refund (although technically AA themselves cancelled my flight)

So your case is already successful or still pending process?

Last time I chat with AirAsia live chat agent, they helped me to credit account my booking but have to wait 7 days for processing. Today I check the case status it shows closed.  ranting.gif

My case is successful in which I changed my flight to July. Immediate change is reflected in my itinerary within 10 minutes. So yeah, best chat with Allstar live agent for immediate action if you just want to change flight date.

1. Change your flight to another departure date/time within 30 calendar days, one time free of charge from the original departure date.

2. Request for a credit account of the value of your booking which is to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the issuance date for your future travel with us. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our schedule is out.

3. Request for a full refund of the value of your booking.
