Facing similar issues here. AVA keep saying that she can't get my booking details...sigh, waited for an hour for the live chat & still nothing

Best chat with Fellow Allstar.
After waited for an hour and a half in the chat room, finally manage to chat with them! They gave me the option of moving my flight within the next 90 days. Done everything within an hour. Sigh, too bad can't push till Q4 2020. Advice to get ready all your preferred dates before chatting with them =) And its a one time FOC change of date only.... |
