Dong me. Using Android TV (certified) . Can install unifi tv, but I can't seem to view channel list . Now, to change channel, have to manually press forward n backword, which is annoyingly troublesome

I am using unifi tv apps on my android tv (6.0.1).
every time I exit/back/home the apps, the audio retain in the background...
I need to force stop or reboot the tv in order for it to quit...

Anyone else having this similar issue?

I plan to replace my 2nd gen STB with white stb. What is standard apps that comes with white stb? Should I get UPB instead?

White stb only hyptb i guest,cannot sideload like those old day.. Batter buy another box rather thn upb, with rm20 for 2years not pretty worth, no netflix officialy but can do some trick .. Can sideload but with adb

I need some help.

I'm on a Unifi Lite 10mbps package and in my Unifi portal, I could see a user ID being assigned under 'Unifi TV'.

I then bought Mi TV Stick > Launched the 'Unifi TV' app > logged in with every possible login ID's (userid@tvos / userid@iptv / phoneNumber@tvos / phoneNumber@iptv) but to no avail. .. it keeps saying that the ID or password is invalid.. I even called up TM Helpdesk and asked to reset the Unifi TV password which they did, but can't login still.

Finally, one of their livechat agent mentioned that I don't have their 'HyppTV Everywhere' package and that's why I can't login to their Unifi TV app.. but is that the case? The agent said that I have to login via their STB and that's the only option.

But, I could login to playtv@unifi using my phone number and I was under the assumption that this playTV and Unifi TV share the same login..

Anyone had the same issue?

you just sign up with ur phone number, you can watch 14 free channel only on ur device. you can't log in with unifi tv apps. just log in with unifi@ play tv.

Yes if you check their website package. Basically lite just broadband only.
