Like a few dots circling right before the programme starts showing

For those using white box

1. Does your UI for main screen right after startup still stuck at the old HyppTV page where you can flip among 3 selections side by side and 2 selections of browser and settings at the bottom

2. Does your screen show "Authenticating in progress..." after choosing HyppTV / uniFi TV at the main screen

Can I know the new interface you mentioned, is the first screen that you choose unifi TV and settings, or the one with channel playing at the background and you can choose channel, on demand & apps?

I called 100 and request for migration and the guy said it is auto on every Friday, and just have to wait

How do you guys get them to migrate for you instead of waiting for auto / your turn?

I guess you're on 100Mbps

Well unless we have City Broadband or TIME covering our residence, think from another perspective that Maxis @ 100Mbps is also charging RM129 without the TV box

I don't even know whether mine is the latest software version

I only tried switching channels by pressing the channel + / - keys on the remote and it still takes few seconds to react

smallgiantUPDATE: EPG works as intended (no lagging when navigating among programmes in the EPG programme table) and 'no subtitle' is available when selecting subtitle language. Also noticed PIP feature is gone!

I didn't notice the selection frame went missing

But the movement was not as laggy as seen in the video

Anyway I don't really use EPG only watch a certain LIVE TV and usually switching them by entering channel number via remote

If within 1 year yes

Usually equipments other than the BTU / modem which is lifetime warranty (repair / replace at no charge or contract ext) the router and unifi tv STB are only given 1 year warranty

If want to be replaced free then they will recontract to 2 years

But to be assured as I am speaking out of general understanding, you may want to live chat or call 100 to ask, and appreciate your update once you've got the answer

Is yours the white color one? And may I know do you use or watch unifi tv very often? Just for my curiousity as I am also wondering how lasting the box is
