Hi, do anyone here link the unifi tv box to an Samsung smart tv? can help teach how i can set flavor channel (most watched) on Samsung smart tv? My kids accidentally remove all the most watched channel.

I mean setting on Samsung smart TV, not on unifi tv box.
I hope you get what i mean.

Hi, my hypptv box (white) stuck in the STARTING page logo since 28 Sep. Call 100 asking for help and she dont understand what im taking about.

Anyone having this issue and any solution to fix it?

I have the unifi with hypptv (ruby package) white box. TV box stuck in Starting logo screen and LED is green and red color.

My samsung TV build in hyyptv app. But i can't login as i forget the password

UA55mu6100k, the app is pre install. You can search the app (unifi playtv) with your smart tv app store and install by your self. Good luck.

Unifi guy came and change the tvbox. Everything is ok now. Btw the unifi playtv app pre install in my smart tv picture quality super blur.... I think is only suitable for smartphone or ipad viewing.

Hi all, need advice.
Im using the white hyptv box and the channel is clear and looks HD to me especially fox and kids channel.
Today someone give me his NEW unifi plus box (black) and i able to log in by using my account with ethernet connection (port 3). But i notice the channel is not clear and looks SD standard to me...
Is this normal? How come new box display so blur???
