I’ve reset the password and can’t watch. Now out of the sudden logged out and can’t login. A few days ago, I did call TM and I’m not sure what happened.

How come the mobile video quality unable to adjust? The video quality is really low and bad.

Part 2.. I’m able to login with password 123456 and I don’t know who reset for me. Now the screen shown You have not subscribe this channel. Please subscribe on unifi playTV mobile app, which I’ve mentioned earlier that still the same issue.

Whick unifi package u actually on?
Unifi tv got 2 version.

1. Hypptv (Unifi tv with STB).
2. Unifi Play TV (watch on app only)

Previously is Hypptv and now upgraded to unifi 100Mbps luxe super value so unifi play tv is different?

Problem I can’t even watch local show like TV1, TV2 or TV3

Latest 100mbps package only can watch thru Unifi Play TV app. You may call up TM to check your issue.

You said you upgraded unifi 100Mbps which recently right? Ur previous package can use unifi tv box doesn't meant new package can use. If you insist to use then too bad, I can't comment further.

Oh so I’m unable to watch TvN. Thanks because this is not my personal account. I don’t know the real package, but the agent told my gf that confirmed can watch with the new black unifi tvbox.

TM also curious why I’m not able to watch free channel. The problem is the agent told us that once you upgraded and you still able to watch the same Ruby package like before.

I don’t want to argue with you and I just want to know what happened. Conclusion, I won’t able to watch anything with the black tvbox so I need to pay monthly for this lame device for nothing??

No worry..... Not to argue. TM packages may change from time to time. Since you already called TM, wait for their reply. OR tomorrow, you can try to call up TM again to pretend you dunno what happened to see another officer that if he/she tell the something. Just to tell why some pple can watch and why some not. Could be some setting from their back end.

Sorry, no offence. Actually I did used the way you described during lunch time. Now I’m waiting for them. Another problem the account is under her sister name so everything become very complicated. I guess as long the configuration vlan is correct and I will definitely able to watch with the new tvbox.

black tvbox and the old STB is different
black tvbox is unifi plus box, uses Internet
yours is is which one?
if yours is the old white android box that uses VLAN600, then probably won't work anymore

That time a technician replaced the white STB. Now upgraded 100Mbps fiber came with the black tvbox

Yeah, now I think is really different. Just now the TM called me and reset the xxx@iptv but unfortunately I still unable to watch anything also.

Previously, I’m using the LAN4 and now I need to connect with another LAN3 so like you said not working.

As trix said blackbox just connect to any LAN, still not work? Then it's weird. Maybe whoever got the latest new tvbox can help to check the settings?

Samsung smart TVs run Tizen. unifi TV app is only available on Android TV, so no.

Just buy mibox , mi tv stick etc. and install unifi tv apps from playstore.
Connect to ur samsung tv hdmi port .

Hi, i have both hyptv white box and unifiplus box (black). Why the white box picture quality is so much better than the black box?

All Sifu pls advice
