Any one has this problem with Android APP.

When watch live sport channel, the stream always stop and resume every few minutes. It's annoying.

Why is this happening?

Anyone got their hypptv time wrong?

Does anyone try installing latest unifi playtv app in older white set top box? I want to know whether the box can play the app without any issues...

Got my Unifi Plus Box at RM20/mth for 24 mths in my current plan. Previously using hypptv box and my house doesn't have smart TV. Unfortunately the connection between the plus box (downstairs) and my router (upstairs) is not very good. Unifi TV app also seemed very buggy and always have connection timeout. Feel like I'm overpaying my setup since there's cheaper Android tv box out there

Sounds like your wifi coverage is what giving it issues. Likely using an android TV box won't help much unless you can get a better wireless connection to where your TV box currently is.

Try use 2.4hz wifi with your plusbox

Try check your wifi channel network, might be be overlap with neighbours wifi 😁

5Ghz definitely not overlapping but then due to the shorter range, reception downstairs near TV is not great. (Now also realized there's liquor surrounding the TV rack *facepalm*)

Using D-Link DIR-878, smartphones and laptop receptions are not bad but not great for the plus box. But I will still look into the thread. Thanks.

You then. I tried BBC earth HD or BBC lifestyle HD, National Geographic Wild all can't.

Weird..all channel are still accessible even now..Hope i don't get any billing suprise at the end of the month.

I found out that if I accessed the app from handphone, can't view all channels. If from my Nvidia Shield TV box, I can watch most channels. I received msg from app if not mistaken some special return to customer during MCO.

I'm watching unifi through their old white android hypptv box..Probably some MCO thingy..Weird, they don't announce it though.

These are the only latest HyppFlicks Plus movie titles, both from Warner Bros. And it’s only RM5 each, thanks to their 50% Promo campaign. With that I rented both.

Installed unifitv from playstore on my android box. However I can't see channel list from the app. Anyone facing same issue and any workaround?
